The piece on the floor is different on both the top and bottom as compared to the engraving. It could be they were changed out, or more likely, different versions of the organ. Need to find more pictures of organs like this that may be all original.

The engravings took a little liberty, but not like the complete organ vs catalog pic, those urns are 5x the size. The lower half is within shouting distance.

I'm assuming it's a reed organ? Who made it? I've never seen one that looked quite like that before.
