Here you can see where there used to be a radiator. After talking to our inspector, we're not sure if we'll get a replacement or not. We discussed a few possible solutions in this regard.
We already bought a mid century replica stove based off an 1885 wood stove design and an odd sort of half hoosier with baker's table top. The plan is to work both a mini fridge only and mini freezer only into the hoosier. Part of the consideration for what to do about the missing radiator will be how the stove and cabinet fit along the north wall of this room.
Depending on what we find under the fake wood floor, I may install cork flooring in here.
