Once done hang the sashes on thier weights and Waite on spring for the others.

Roof is complete. The new flashing on the flat top has been installed, it sure cleaned up the look of our home (look a few pics back for the before). We are now on the look out for some rought iron or cast iron cresting.
Also, got the window finished up on the set to the left. The storm needs a little bit of rework before I re install.
The completed roof is the last of our large have too (can't do it myself) projects we inherited with the home.

Thanks Don, yes it does feel good to finally get it done. The roof is two years of home major project budget used up. Next year's budget can go for better quality wine for our sit down and smile days looking at what we've accomplished.

Looks great, and I'll be you're looking forward to next year's wine. Well deserved.

Are your storm windows 4 over 4 and your sash windows are 1 over 1?

Vala, sorry for the tardy reply, the sashes are one over one, the storms have eight panes.

Re: Gothichome, the restoration of.
Well I promised to keep you updated on the progress at Gothichome.
Skim coat on the new project room this morning.
Hopefully I will get it sanded by the end of the day. Next week, sealer and primer.
