if you want the applicator, try a place that sells medical supplies.
I bought some various syringes and a box of the largest size of needles they had which are 1 mm. now I have a1000 needles, but I use them occasionally for oil or for gluing, they make good dispensers. some have rubber seals and the oil might affect the rubber but it is likely some sort of synthetic rubber, Might be ok.. for putty and stuff that wont go through the needle I just remove the needle part. Its also handy that they have graduations for mixing epoxy etc.

I was fooling around and hooked up some canned air to the needle end and it shoots the plastic plunger part like an air gun. Cheap thrills ;-) The syringes are cheap, canned air is expensive.

some of those little oil cans are unique and quite beautiful some just collect oil cans. I have a few old ones that I cherish.
I came across a whole gallon of vintage bolt loosener. I think it still has all the horribly poisonous stuff in it that makes it actually work.
