1938 Cottage in Knoxville
Moving sites was an opportunity to chance my username since we no long have the CedarLane Bungalow! A little background in case you missed any of my post on Wavy Glass. I'm a realtor working for a boutique real estate firm here in Knoxville that specializes in historic homes in our downtown neighborhoods. I've got a bachelors degree in Interior Design and interned with our local preservation organization in college, so I've had a love for old houses for quiet some time. My family owns a 1860s farmhouse just outside of the city on a dairy farm and before buying my own old house, I learned a lot about old houses from the restoration of that house. My husband and I bought our first old house in 2012, a 1916 craftsman bungalow. We sold it in March of 2015 to change neighborhoods and now we own a 1938 cottage. We also own a state champion beech tree
