Work has slowed a bit again for me but over the past few weeks I have gotten a few things done. I did the final sanding and the first few coats of shellac on all the window frames, door frames, shoe molding and baseboard, I won't do the final coats until the floor has been finished and the room is all cleaned out. I also finally hung the door, after removing the paint from my ornate hinges and polishing them I found that they were only brass plated and I wore that plating completely off, I will replace them with solid brass. After a couple of failed attempts to find someone who could bevel half circle glass I settled for regular glass and got the sashes glazed. I just got the window hardware in today so I will get everything ready for the windows to be installed in the next week, I'm going to give the glaze a couple more weeks to cure before doing the final painting of the sashes and hanging them.
I'm really procrastinating on doing the plaster, I'm going to seriously need to kick myself to just get started at it in the next couple weeks.

Window hardware (I'm really impressed with the quality of these pulleys, they're from a company called Architectural Resource Center, they cut the faceplate to your preferred size which I thought was nice.):

Really nice work on your windows.
I also agree that painting the conduit makes a big difference.
For some reason, I can't see the images in your latest post--just the names of the files.
