Re: Pre-1900 Bungalow?

It's a chute from the upstairs for demo debris, I recall seeing a dumpster there before. We snuck up on the porch to peek, it's pretty much all gutted (needed it though). I will stalk it out every so often to check on it. There's a lock box on it so I am guessing there is at least a contractor if no...

Re: The bungalow project

Re: The bungalow project

The arts and crafts mutt... https://thehistoricdistrict.org/download/file.php?id=14127 We stopped by the little ice cream stand across the street today so I snapped a pic of the new owners progress. Then we snuck up on the porch to peek in, it's totally gutted (which it needed to be). There's a lock...

Originally, the Cottage was not meant to be our full time house-we were going to live at the Old House and rent the Cottage (vacation rental) and stay here weekends when it wasn't ren...

Re: The bungalow project

Oh and I added a Circa sign. The "paint" on the brick was actually sidewalk chalk and is now gone. The doorbell is a wireless one (NOT drilling that brick!!) mounted a finger pull for a pocket door I picked up at a salvage place.

Re: The bungalow project

Thanks! We're in the home stretch, a lot of little things and touch up paint still to do. I will post pics again shortly, after I get it all cleaned up. Met two more neighbors, both loved the house. One is going to ask around to see if anyone she knows would be interested in it. The hoarder house/es...

Re: The bungalow project

Thanks! I have one, just not sure I want to use it. Trying to figure out how to just get the sides white for now. I'll leave it with the house though.

Mudroom is almost done.
