Thought I would show off my goofy hound dog Wherli (coon hound/mountain cur) who is such a big help around the house...does a lot of deep sleep thinking for us. :crazy:

I thought we were going to be showing photos of our cubbies in our house. LOL! I have a few! Two built in storage spaces under window seats and my Arts & Crafts Mantel has a cubbie with a door on it! That's all I know about "cubbies"! Ha ha! Too funny....but that would be a good topic...

Here, in the suburbs of Chicago, especially around my area, they are taking these nice little ranchs or even some craftsman type homes, old (1930's) and either demolishing them, or making them into the "open" concept. When I baulk about this to anyone who will listen, they just look at me ...
