The Old Vic's roof should be covered.

There is no hazard insurance on the Cupola Building.

Setbacks...

Storm rolled through Clarksville St. Patricks Day...we took serious damage at both our properties, including a dozen massive windows AND the roof in our historic building and...you guessed it...our brand new roof on the Old Vic.

Re: Incandescent comeback

I've converted some at my commercial building. HIGHLY satisfied. m Also, for the good quality stuff at best prices......

Re: Incandescent comeback

They also have exposed filament/antique style led bulbs. I'm testing several styles and they are excellent. Buy the correct k/temp and the color is indistinguishable from an incandescent.

Re: The finger of god...

Gezzzz, was just back reading, just noticed auto correct changed a word on me. Just got to proof read better. I'm pretty sure your food held up, and it's good to know your new shingles stood the test. LOL! I was wondering why you'd ask! Yep, roof on the Old Vic is doing great! Got a couple windows ...

Re: New storm door - Do I really need tempered glass?

As an addendum...you CAN get laminated glass that's been beveled. Easier to fit in an old window/door.

The reason tempered is code in doors (and in windows immediately adjacent/attached to doors) is because folks often push on them, or run into them, put a hand through them, etc. Slamming doors can also break the glass. Non-tempered breaks easier, and worse, breaks in very large pieces, and those pie...
