Betty Crocker Frosted wall problem solved
The "Betty Crocker" frosted walls in the front parlour. This was an annoyance to me as suggestions to fix it included trying to remove the compound (which had been painted) to skim coating over the whole thing just to get smooth walls.
Well enter LINER PAPER. It works! I was able to wallpaper the room which bumped the whole look up a few notches, and it took care of the wall issue.
