I did manage to find some info about this company thanks to an old book of NJ businesses I found online. I posted about that in my Beebe thread.
Because it's an "& Sons" variant, this was likely built in the late 1800s, near to the turn of the century. If I remember to go back to the thread to find the post, I'll put the narrower possible window date here.
